2. Responsibility for Provided Information
We rely on you to provide accurate, up-to-date, and legally compliant information for content creation. By sharing material with us, you confirm that all information is accurate and adheres to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We accept no liability for any issues arising from incorrect or non-compliant information supplied by you.
3. Client and Customer Messages
Our services do not include managing or replying to client messages or new customer queries received through your social media platforms. Handling direct communication from customers remains your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. If needed, we can offer guidance or templates for responding to messages, which can be discussed as an additional service.
4. Content Ownership and Copyright
You retain full ownership of all content provided to us, including images, videos, and any other assets shared for social media use. We do not claim ownership of any content created or provided by you. We only showcase the content you provide, including images and videos, for the purpose of creating posts and promoting your brand. By providing us with content, you grant us the right to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling our services.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made as per the agreed schedule, outlined in the proposal. Late payments may result in delays to scheduled work or additional charges as stipulated in the agreement.
6. Termination of Services
